Apart from the fact that Adalo charged my credit card a $186 for the upgrade, supposed to be a $100 as per the promotion advert, I still haven’t received any email or communication on how to activate or connect to the Xano Launch Tier Plan via Adalo.
I then thought maybe the promotion has expired and I Googled it, since there is no way to make contact with Adalo let alone get a response:
I’ve submitted 2 x Support Tickets already to no avail.
I truly love the Adalo platform and working with all it’s components, but there is seriously something wrong with the Support structure, I mean something as simple as an account query goes cold without a trace, no phone number to speak to a consultant, and an AI Bot that talks in circles… doesn’t solve anything!
I’m truly frustrated with NO communication or feedback, maybe it’s on me and maybe I’m expecting too much?
So if there’s anyone out there that has a better way or channel to get trough to Adalo Support, please share accordingly!
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I have responded to your 2 days ago. I’m not sure why our previous replies didn’t reach you, but I’ll raise this issue with our support platform team to investigate.
Regarding the Xano plan, Xano had some changes made on their end and it’s Xano starter plan instead of Launch. That said, we have a form that needs to be filled out, but I’m unable to share it publicly here in the forum. I will be sending an email to you shortly with the form link.
