# Adalo Failed iOs uploads

I have tried updating my app in Adalo to then be able to update in Apple Developer, but everytime I do it suddenly I just get “error logs” that doesn’t exist when you click on it, what could I be doing wrong?

Hi @communications,

I’ve had it once, in my case there was some issue with the app settings on Apple side. Can’t remember right now, maybe I needed to accept some policy update from Apple, or some data was required by Apple, or smth like this.  
It might be a good idea to check [developer.apple.com](http://developer.apple.com) and [appstoreconnect.apple.com](http://appstoreconnect.apple.com) if there are any outstanding requirements.

Otherwise I believe you need to contact Adalo support [Right Desk](https://info.adalo.com/submit-a-support-ticket).
