# Adaloで公開していた全てのアプリが使えなくなった。

I had subscribed to a professional plan with adalo, plus about 4 other plans of the type that allow me to publish 1 app for 25$.

Then, when I upgraded to the Team plan, the payment failed, and when I did so, all the plans I had subscribed to were gone, and all the apps again showed up to make the payment.

What is this phenomenon?  
I have contacted adalo, but I am wondering if there are other instances of this same thing happening?

It probably doesn’t happen very often so I think a Ticket to support should get it sorted.
