# Add Image to Database through API

Hey team,

Is it possible to add an image in my database through the Collections API (POST).  
Is it possible to do that? Even if I use a link from an external source or a link from an existing image in the database stored in Adalo, the image is not uploaded.

Hi @alejandrovalde,

I’m not from Adalo team, though I will answer - unfortunately, at the moment it’s not possible to add images and files to Adalo via API calls.
