# App freezes on interim screen on physical device

Hello!  
When I run the app on a physical device (iOS and Android), if I leave the app and take it out of memory, when I return the app freezes on the interim screen, whose purpose is to direct it to the Admin or Client flow.  
The logic works perfectly in Preview mode.  
Here are the screenshots with the screen actions:

As what @James_App_Maker said message support, but another cause could be the result of MANY actions & A lot of texts may result in app not responding
