# App Now Loads A White Screen?

My app suddenly stopped opening to the home page and loaded a white screen. Both apple and google stores, as well as testflight. I haven’t heard from support and I’m losing orders with comic-con in town as my app does not function. Has anyone else experienced this? This is why I’m not 100% sold on no-code for apps that generate revenue.

I have unfortunately had these issues in the past, and I think it is just as simple as bugs on Adalo’s side, and it will generally fix itself up in a few hours. I once had the white screen issue happen for two days, and it fixed up after that. I wish you luck and sincerely hope it gets working again for you, especially in such a prudent time!

UPDATE: Jessi helped me out and found out it was a third party device detector that was causing the issue. Deleted the component, published new builds and the problem was resolved.
