Good afternoon.

I have a doubt. My app under development on Adola was not accepted on the AppStore and they suggested migrating to the Apple business manager account.

Does Adalo allow me to publish Apps to Apple through an Apple Business Manager account?

As far as I know, the distribution methods are managed on Apple side. So you build your app in Adalo, push it to App Store Connect, and then set up everything there.
