# Cannot downgrade plan

I cannot downgrade plan from Pro to free. Same issue as mentioned in [I cannot find an option to change my plan](https://forum.adalo.com/t/i-cannot-find-an-option-to-change-my-plan/7607)

Submitted a ticket but no response.

Hi Navjeet,

I think you emailed support to the “no-reply” email so that’s why no one answered.

You have already downgraded to the free plan. Could you take a screenshot of your account page so I can verify that you are on the free plan?
