This issue resolved a few hours ago, Then I reopened the app and.. the feature had disappeared from the demo app _AGAIN_. It seems to disappear and reappear randomly…? Does anyone know how I can address this? This is my original post — Hello! I’m building an app that’s basically modeled on a store (you add “bingo items” to a “bingo card” the same way you’d add “items” to a “shopping cart”). The “add to cart” feature I’ve created is modeled on the one in Adalo’s “shop” template. It worked fine until yesterday. Now it still displays in the app in the Canvas but not in the app preview. Here’s the prelim troubleshooting I’ve done - I tried on 2 different browsers (Chrome, Safari) - I cleared my cache (and all browsing data) - I tried placing the “add to cart” feature on a different screen in the app (it won’t display on any screen) - I checked that the Visibility of the components in the feature are set to “Always” - I checked the colors, opacity and size of the components in the feature - I checked the alignment of the components (they’re not “outside the screen”) - I checked that I could add other components to that screen (a button, an image etc.) - I deleted the feature and rebuilt it from scratch, on 2 different screens in the app (it still doesn’t display on any screen in the demo app) - I tried logging out and back in of Adalo - I tried logging out and back in of the test account in the demo app Here’s how the feature is set up (see screenshot) — - In the Product Detail Page screen, I set up an “Add item to cart” list (like in Adalo’s “shop” and “café” templates) - The “Add item to cart” list includes a Rectangle component which contains a Pushpin icon. - The pushpin icon has 2 actions (“Create order item” and “Link” to other screen) It worked just fine yesterday, and it’s still displaying on the build on my canvas… I’d be most grateful to anyone who can help. Hi there Dilon! Thanks for your message. Yes, there are records in the Orders collection — I created test accounts and created orders over the past few days. The feature worked fine earlier and a couple of days ago, so I don’t think it’s a database set-up issue… ---

Maybe it’s simpler if I explain what I’m trying to do — I’m trying to allow the user to add an item to their cart. I looked at the 2 Adalo templates with similar situations (“café Oasis” and “Store with shopping cart” and I copied exactly the configuration of their “add to cart/bag” feature (see screenshot). I made it work earlier — I’m attaching another screenshot where you can see that this demo user has previous orders (which I call “previous bingo cards”). Is there a better way to set up an “add to cart” feature in my app? Am I doing this wrong…? Thanks Dilon! I’m going to try that right away 🙂 But in that case, how should I set up the “add to cart” feature, if I want users to be able to add items to their cart for an order that, as such, doesn’t exist yet…? ---
