Can I create a Desktop Web App from what I’ve already built as a Native Mobile App? Is that easy to do?

Yes, i’ts built in.

The only thing you would have to change is if you have in app purchases.

It depends very much of what you want to build. Not everything is possible in Adalo yet and sometimes you can be limited.

Yes , You can create desktop web apps through Adalo. and you can build with Adalo guide.

It works pretty well, especially as you can use the same database, the biggest challenge I’ve had is the responsive nature of the PWA, it really doesn’t work very well.  
However, as long as you know that you simply design around it…
