# Custom Domain SSL issue

Dear Adalo Team,

for our app running on the custom domain: [https://app.gymfit.de/](https://app.gymfit.de/)  
it seems as if the ssl certificate is invalid and therefore users cannot access the page. Any ideas what the issue might be?

How long ago did you make the changes to the DNS, certificates can sometimes lag in this process and will resolve itself after some hours.

I have made an internal note about this just to watch it. Please let me know if this problem has already existed for some days.

It was already a week ago. Is there something I can do with my registrar?

You could try contacting them and asking them about this. At this time I am not sure if this is from our side or theirs. If you get confirmation it’s from ours, I will bring this to the team’s attention to look at.
