I’m currently deciding on which plan I want to buy and I think I’m going with the professional plan with 25GB database storage. However I can’t grab how much 25gb of storage space are in a database… how many database entries would that roughly be?

There’s no straight answer to your question. Of course, it will completely depend on the type of data you are saving/using.
I recommend contacting Adalo’s team and asking them that question but give them a reference on the type of data you will use.
