# Database went out

Today while trying to improve upon my app, my entire Adalo Database got deleted. When I try to open or add records it doesn’t work or I get an eternal loading screen. Is there a way to recover the lost data? If not, how do I get the database back to normal so I can start working again?

This isn’t specific to you and is actually occurring Adalo-wide. You can follow the updates here — [https://status.adalo.com/](https://status.adalo.com/)

I assume your database entries are not lost forever and when the databases “refresh”, your entries will return.
