Hi,
I’m building a responsive Adalo app that I intend to publish as both a web app and native iOS/Android apps.
I need a standard HTTPS link on my own domain, for example:
https://example.com/item/12345
to behave like this:
If the native app is installed:
Open the Adalo native app directly to the relevant record/screen, while retaining the user’s existing logged-in session.
If the native app isn’t installed:
Open the web version of the app to the same record, where the page can also be viewed by a user who isn’t logged in.
I understand Adalo supports deep linking with record data, but I’m specifically trying to establish whether an Adalo-published app supports iOS Universal Links and Android App Links, including the required Associated Domains / Android App Links configuration.
Has anyone implemented this successfully with an Adalo app and a custom domain?
I’m not looking for a custom URL scheme that only works when the app is installed — I specifically need the same HTTPS URL to open the native app when available and fall back to the web when it isn’t.
