Hi,

I’m building a responsive Adalo app that I intend to publish as both a web app and native iOS/Android apps.

I need a standard HTTPS link on my own domain, for example:

to behave like this:

**If the native app is installed:**
Open the Adalo native app directly to the relevant record/screen, while retaining the user’s existing logged-in session.

**If the native app isn’t installed:**
Open the web version of the app to the same record, where the page can also be viewed by a user who isn’t logged in.

I understand Adalo supports deep linking with record data, but I’m specifically trying to establish whether an Adalo-published app supports **iOS Universal Links and Android App Links** , including the required Associated Domains / Android App Links configuration.

Has anyone implemented this successfully with an Adalo app and a custom domain?

I’m not looking for a custom URL scheme that only works when the app is installed — I specifically need the same HTTPS URL to open the native app when available and fall back to the web when it isn’t.

Hi @mightyels,

Have you checked this out? : [Deep Linking Redirection & Fallbacks | Adalo Resources](https://help.adalo.com/component-basics/inserting-and-editing-screens/deep-linking/deep-linking-redirection-and-fallbacks)

Thank you and have a great day!

Hey @Dilon @mightyels

I had a similar roadblock, and created a how-to as a way to solve it. Might be helpful for you as well.

> **[What happens when an Adalo deep link opens without the app?](https://adalocado.com/guides/adalo-deep-link-fallbacks)**
>
> Choose what people see when an Adalo deep link cannot open the installed app, then set up a PWA or device-specific fallback and test both paths.

Best,
Alessandro
