Hi Guys!
Design Bug with Listed elements and Visibility Parameters. Seems like Bug comes in play when items are set to Visibility criteria and then have a certain arranged property as well. Items Not Displaying when visibility criteria is met but when brought to front or sent to back.
Hopes this makes sense.
