# Duplicate notifications

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced duplicate iOS notifications (via Zappier or Integromat)?  
Some of my users are getting 2 notifications at the exact same time, others only get 1 and for the life of me I can’t figure out the difference between those API executions or users.  
The API execution in Integromat is correct - it only runs once and there are no duplicate API calls.
