# Filtering list by date

Hi there,  
I have a short question. I would like to display some data in a list according to a specific date. But somehow I can only select “is before”/ “is beetween”/ “is after” when filtering by date. I would like to select “is equal to”. Does anyone have a tip here? Thanks in advance, appreciate the help!

You can use simple text property to use **equal to**

But then I can’t compare the date with the current date or with the date 5 days ago for example …

By the way are you using date & time property or only date property?
