# Format text database

Is there a way to format text in the database? It seems so that I can only type text, not make it bold, insert an enter, a list or what so ever? Is that correct?

Correct, we currently do not support rich text formatting, however, it is high up on our priority list, and you can upvote it on our public roadmap [here](https://ideas.adalo.com/feature-requests/p/rich-text-formatting)

Hey! Any update on this? All I need is to add a white space, to make paragraphs. Unfortunately   
 doesn’t work.

Any idea when it will be? Even this forum has the option to:

- List item
- like this

Using Glide atm, wich has the option. Makes de data look so much more stylefull…

So I’ve just figured out that you can achieve this by using NocoderHQ HTML Renderer and then adding the html styling into the database entry.
