Some of the most common growth and monetisation strategies revolve around providing a service for free but limiting the amount of times that can happen.
Right now we can do this with logged in users but there is currently no way to do this with guests as they cannot be tied to a collection.
The opportunity to have this feature would provide a broad variety of possibilities.
