I want to removed this default “Select Text” on my dropdown menu and display the first option on the dropdown Screenshot by Lightshot. Is there a way to do this?

I don’t think this is currently possible.
This is not currently possible using the dropdown feature but you could make a ‘fake’ dropdown by using a list and add an expand button. It is a workaround but it depends how desperate you are for the feature.
