# How to get the Current Card on the Deck Swiper Component

How can I get the current card that is being displayed by the deck swiper? I want to add some custom actions other than just the left and right, and I’m doing that by adding a button to the page.

However, I can’t figure out how to get the data from the current card to an action on the button.

@mike-minimumstudio @yelkhayami Can you help out?
