following the documentation from IAP for the server notifications, its telling me to configure the Apple Server-to-Server Notifications so that IAPHUB can receive notifications whenever there is a change in subscription status. which i understand and am trying to do but onthe photo section where it tells you what to click attached below

when i go to my accounts app store connect in the top section i don’t have the ‘app store’ tab so i cant access the app store server notification I’m not sure if its changed location or i somehow need to activate it any help would be appreciated below is what mine looks like
