# Insert data correctly

Hello… I’m trying to solve a problem… Looks easy to fix but…

well…  
I need to insert data at the same table (database) and after that access with a list or anything like that…

If I create “Treino A” I need to add in a new line… SOmething like:

Grupo A  
Exercice1 - Number of reps - youtube link  
Exercice2 - number of reps - youtube link

and thats it…

First doubt!  
How can I set the number of the exercises to be fill up?!

Second doubt!  
How can I add a new line to be printed as a ‘list’ for e/xample in a new screen.
