Error when publishing iOS app

Good day, Recently I have tried to publish a newer version of my app to the apple store but without any luck. I got an error in the logs 'Please update using sudo gem install fastlane '. Does anyone know how to fix this ? is it something I can do? I have emailed the team but I have not received any feedback.
