# Is your app much darker when on the app stores?

I’ve noticed that my app’s images, text, etc are all darker when published to the app store from how adalo shows it.

Has anyone found a way to avoid this or know a workaround?

that has nothing to do with the platform. It really depends on the mobile screen rendering, you computer display, you notebook display… There is no “workaround” for such thing

**Top** - How it looks across my desktop, mobile phone, adalo previewer, my friends ipad & phone, etc. All the exact same, no difference when using 6+ different devices.

**Bottom** - How it looks **AFTER publishing** to the app stores and all the same devices.

So obviously the resolutions are altered somewhere somehow. Luckily it’s not hurting my app, but there is a significant change. This is what I’m referring to.
