Large Submission Form

Hello! New here and new to app building. I have run across my first problem that I am struggling to resolve. I am currently building a mobile app to create punch lists for construction projects. A punch list is a list of corrections that need to be made before the owners take occupancy of a construction project. These lists can be large up to 150 items input/listed. My first screen is a landing screen (Field Punch List 1) where the Superintendent inputs a project ID(Our Project Name/Identifier) and the section/building he is walking. When they select Create Punch List it creates a row in the Adalo database and moves on to the first Punch Item input(1 Punch Creation Page). The input is simple a photo, a unit#, and a description of the work needed. Then the user can select “Next” which will take him to the next input. Which is the exact layout as the first punch creation screen (Photo,Unit#,Description) or click submit which takes them to the last page where they can generate a PDF. My problem is about after the first 35 inputs it seems to lose the link to update the current database/row. I did find a work around which as first seemed to work. If I templated the first punch creation screen with the buttons action set up I could copy and past them to 150screens, but when I got to the end 150ish input screens I then couldn’t get the Generate PDF to work.

Am I fundamentally doing something that can be done in Adalo, or am I doing something wrong, or is my approach to solving the problem wrong.

I am really looking forward to feedback. Thank you!
