Loading slow, lists are not displaying

PMing you regarding spinning up a test user account for us to use. We ran XRay and found a number of performance concerns–however, if the app was faster before, it may related to one of our other services that has yet to be cut across to the new infrastructure (and incurring a delay as it currently works between two sets of infrastructure). That will be done within the next hour.

Personally, it's still just as slow, if not worse.

Yes the migration is still in progress and we’re making great progress with zero interruption to service so far. At the moment your database has not been migrated, but the services have, so that could be the reason. Is the slight lag related to your native app performance, or in the builder?

It’s happening in both-the PWA and the Builder.

It will likely be another 3 hours until we have all of the databases migrated and running. We’re really happy with the stability during the migration, but there may continue to be slightly lower performance until those databases are switched to the new infrastructure.

Again - this migration is necessary after the last downtime Adalo experienced. This will be grant us not just contingency within the data centre we occupy (which we already had) but complete zone high availability - giving us a complete mirror of everything (both primary and failover copies) run in duplicate in another datacentre that even runs off different power. That’s the gold standard for uptime guarantees. So as much as I want everyone focussed on the releases we have coming out shortly, we have to get this infrastructure stuff done. It will stand us in particularly good stead for AI as well.

Is the performance the same after migrating to the new system?

The performance should be exactly the same

James, you wrote in the general message that for the GMT time zone it's February 5th, 5 AM to 6 AM. I'm in that time zone and the app is very slow, unusable; it's 1 PM, february 5th. Is that normal?

Lists loading extremely slow. Now.

We completed the core services migration. Now we’re slowing moving databases over. We’re investigating the speed at the moment. Many app tests we run are blazing fast. We are seeing some European-based makers saying things are a bit slower, so we’re investigating.

Thank you for letting us know. Can I ask where you are based geography wise?
