Many To Many Hard Limits

Hello All, simple question… are there any hard limits, or suggested limits, on how many relationships should be limited to on many to many relationships?

e.g. If I’m doing a user and have many favourite posts, and a post can be favoured by many users. if say 1000 users favoured the same post, does it create a problem if attempting to list the users against that post? If not doe we reach a point where the many to many nature of the relationship is problematic?
