# My account locked me out

I got just logged out automatically and every time I enter my email and password it tells me that it is incorrect. I tried to reset my password but it tells me that my email doesn’t have an account associated with it. Please help!

The only thing that I can think is that when I changed my email last week it glitched out…? and now both of the emails that I used are coming back as “a user with this email does not exist”. Maybe I typed in the email wrong when I changed it?

Anyway, I am just confused that I have receipts for my paid plan in my inbox but it says that there isn’t an account associated with my email.

It sounds like it could be glitched after changing the email like you say. If you can’t access your Adalo account submit a support ticket here:
