Thank you for your feedback!
Point number 2 is already fixed! (Frustration writing in the text space). That made us mad too!
Appreciate points 1 and 3. We’ll add it to our run.
Just by way of an update, we’ve been creating some pretty impressive apps, and we’ll be sharing them shortly to show what can be done. What we’ve found is that a lot of work arounds have been needed to do what we want to do. We’ll be refactoring Adalo to make these things far easier.
We’re still full steam ahead on developing an AI builder (which will overcome many of these frustrations). Making good progress and still aiming to have an MVP out before the end of the year to select testers.
That’s maybe not the place but i notice after few weeks not coming in to the forum that i can not create new topics. The button to do it is completely disappear, i can only reply messages.
Anybody else is having the same issue?
Thanks in advance.
I would love for all components to be included in our subscriptions, i feel paying for each one indivudally is way to much on top of our subscription especially if say we used a component or two and didn’t like it, at least we aren’t out 15, 20, 30 bucks for example. Is there something that your team wll be working on, whether its including the components into subscriptions, etc?
I completely understand your concern about trying components before purchasing, and I’ll pass this feedback along to our team!
Just to clarify, all components developed by Adalo are completely free and included with your subscription.
The components that have pricing are actually third-party components created by independent developers in our marketplace, not by our team at Adalo. Since they’re built and maintained by external developers, they set their own pricing.
The marketplace exists to supplement more specialized components that may not have a large enough audience for Adalo to build and maintain with our current team resources. This way, makers can still access niche functionality they need, even if it’s not something we can prioritize on our roadmap.
I hope that provides some clarity about paid components!
Adalo should resell components. Not a marketplace. Give you good reasons if needed.
Having access to experts is awesome. But, when it’s advertised, it comes off as, “this tool isn’t easy, and this will probably be expensive, and time consuming”
In addition to powerful external tools, simplified versions offered internally are welcome. eg. build a new screen type that acts like email marketing…
