# Payment Problem

Helo! I made a payment this month and unfortunately wanting to cancel the recurring payment I changed my plan in the adalo settings.  
Now I do not know if the payment is indeed canceled so that it no longer occurs, can you inform me?  
The next problem is that this charge should already come to that month on the card, but the panel has changed to a free version, that is, I will pay the $ 50 and I will not use the entire month that is already paid.  
Can you help me understand this demand from you?

Please submit a support ticket as soon as possible so the team could look into it.
