# PDF Generator API glitching in test mode

Hi all,

I’ve spent HOURS getting the JSON code to parse information over to PDF Generator API and it finally works now and is showing up correctly when I preview my app. In the preview, it will generate the pdf and opens it up in a new window on my browser. However, when I go to test it on my phone, nothing happens. There’s no spinny wheel or anything - it just does nothing. It’s so frustrating. I can’t figure out what I need to do to make it work. Anyone else have this issue? I don’t want to have to sign up to yet another 3rd party platform to make this work!
