Problems sending tickets

I sent an email and they told me to send a ticket, but it’s impossible and I’m having problems with my app.

I keep trying, and it’s the same. I sent an email explaining the problem I’m having with the app, and they insist I submit a ticket, but it doesn’t work, and I’m just wasting time trying to fix it.

My app is listed on many white pages. It works fine for users, but it crashes on my phone and computer. I’ve cleared the cache and everything, but it’s still happening. I can’t work.

Quick questions.

  1. reCAPTCHA feature released recently into the form and is this the first time submitting a ticket with that feature?
  2. Could you disable any browser extensions (like ad blockers) and try to submit the ticket?
  3. Did you tried using a different network connection?
  4. Did you tried submitting after clearing browser cookies & cache?
  5. Which browser you’re currently working on? (Chrome?) Did you tried checking on another browser or in an incognito window?

@Santiago, issue confirmed by the CH Team Lead, Jessi that this is due to the attachment size as the maximum attachment size is 4MB. If the file’s size you’re uploading is more than 4MB, please use a tool like sendspark.com to record the video and paste the video URL in the additional details field.
