I keep trying, and it’s the same. I sent an email explaining the problem I’m having with the app, and they insist I submit a ticket, but it doesn’t work, and I’m just wasting time trying to fix it.
My app is listed on many white pages. It works fine for users, but it crashes on my phone and computer. I’ve cleared the cache and everything, but it’s still happening. I can’t work.
@Santiago, issue confirmed by the CH Team Lead, Jessi that this is due to the attachment size as the maximum attachment size is 4MB. If the file’s size you’re uploading is more than 4MB, please use a tool like sendspark.com to record the video and paste the video URL in the additional details field.
