QR Code Scanner – a HUGE value add!
Agreed, this would be super valuable!!!
I’ve got good news
! At intellbits.com we’ve been working on a QR Code Scanner in the last couple of weeks, we are sending the component for Adalo’s review today, we hope to get your feedback on how to improve it after published ![]()
Jonathan Solorzano Have you gotten any response on the review?
Jonathan Solorzano: Is there any possibility to add Bar Code Scanner to your component?
Tomasz Kolnierzak: Sure!, We’ll add it as an update
CodeFlex Management: Still in review process
Jonathan Solorzano: It would be great! The lack of this functionality is the only reason why I cannot move the application to Adalo.
The wait is over!, you can start using our QR Code Scanner
!, we hope to get your feedback to improve this component along with Marcos Lopez from intellbits.com team ![]()
Are you running it in preview mode or in real device?
Andreas Ayo Cruz: did you get this working? Does this work in pwa, or only when installed?
asyncscrum: I don’t understand at all what the hell a link fonction is doing here
Jonathan Solorzano: Thank you for your hard work, could you tell us how to use it ? There is no “start scan” button actually.
Robin Bdru: Currently it is the first version, it recognizes the QR code automatically and performs an action based on the recognition of the code, it does not have the button option, you can leave your comments about what things you need to improve the component
Marcos Lopez: Does my app need to be published as real iOS app or does the scanner work with Adalo preview ?
asyncscrum, so far I only have pwa, but it doesn’t work
Robin Bdru: If currently in IOS or android, since the library used is only for native applications, it cannot be viewed in Adalo preview for that reason, later we will see if there is an option for the web
