# Quick tip: how to know if you set up a on-to-many /many-to-one relationship

I was just going through @pford 's cart course and he dropped a nugget I did not know: you can see in the icon of a relationship if it’s many-to-one or one-to-many!

If it’s only one image (no background): one to many  
If there’s a second square innt he background: it’s the part with many to one 🙂
