From outside somewhere, can I route a user to some specific screen of my app (he is already logged-in in the app)

Good question 😁, although I’m not sure this is currently possible.  
You should check out Adalo’s feature request page to see if other users submitted this.

What you are looking for is called Deep Linking and it is currently unavailable but one of our highest requested features. Add your upvote here:
