Selecting/deselecting list items to create a merging text

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to create merged text from selected items from a list. I’ve been able to set up the LoggedIn User record to be updated when items are selected, but I can’t figure out how to update the record when I deselect an item so that only the selected items remain.

Does anyone have any ideas?
