# Serious problems with Stripe, they charge but the action is required and the money doesn't appear

We are having a serious problem with the Stripe component. The client pays Stripe and activates the order as a payment in Adalo, but the money does not appear in Stripe because the status appears: payment\_intent.requires\_action
We are losing money with this component action that, since we don’t have access to the API or the results, we can’t fix it… Has anyone had this happen to them?
The component should be able to let us save the status, payment data, ID, etc. etc. because now we are having this serious problem that all payments are 3D Secure authentication but the component does not handle it.

The payment does appear in your Stripe dashboard under “Transactions” right, together with “successful” or “failed” status correct?

3D SECURE authentication attempt is incomplete.
The problem is that the component doesn’t save any response from Stripe, so we can run a function that executes something if it’s not paid, but here I take the purchases as paid in the Adalo database, but the money isn’t in Stripe, they told me, and they appear incomplete!
