Stripe Component Disappearing

Is anyone else having issues with Stripe? My clients are livid right now as the Stripe component appears for a fraction of a second, then disappears, to only reappear after 25 seconds or so. This is happening on all of my apps. Yes, I submitted a ticket for support, but cannot wait for them to get back to me with a holiday tomorrow. Hoping someone has an answer.

Hello Dilon! Thanks for the prompt reply. It’s happening on PWA and native apps.

The system doesn’t allow for video uploads, so I cannot share what is happening.

Could you upload it on Google Drive and share the URL by making it public? Or you can use loom.com. Is it every Stripe component or a specific Stripe component?

It’s the standard stripe payment component that I’ve been using for years.

Thanks Robert, I see now! I’m trying to reproduce the issue but I’m unable to.

  1. Have you pushed any new changes recently to the app?
  2. Is this app built with the responsive builder or legacy builder?

Would you also be able to share me the app URL in a DM?

I have noticed this today. Stripe window appears for a few seconds then disappears.

I’m able to reproduce the same now only with the Stripe Payment component and pinged the team!

@frontoftheline @Dave2 : Is it today you guys started seeing this issue which worked nicely until yesterday or not today which seeing for a few days?

Only today. I test everything before uploading new versions of the app now. And noticed this function not working correctly.

@Dave2 , @frontoftheline : Could you guys check the apps again and confirm here if the Stripe Payment component works as normal?

First app clear! I’ll check the rest.
