Sub Navigation text boldness

I am wanting to have a sub navigation on a page using plain text. I am wondering if there is a way to highlight/bold the text when that page is open? I mocked this up quickly as this is what I am trying to achieve in Adalo…

Hi Jaron,

You can add a link action on that Discover text to another screen and copy this group ( Navigation bar ) and paste it in that screen and in that screen you can remove that action from Discover text and make that text as bold.
