The work environment freezes and it is impossible to work

Hi guys, do you do the work environment crashes?

Strangely, the working environment has not been working properly for a couple of days, the browser freezes and it is impossible to work.

As soon as I click on any page it stops the whole environment, dramatically slows down each view and I cannot make any changes.

I tried to make a copy of the application but the result is the same.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Can you share a screen recording of what you’re seeing?

As you can see from the video, the working environment for the RistoX application (customer front-end) works without problems.

For the AdminRistoX application (back-end / collection shared) as soon as I click on a screen the environment is nailed and there is no way to make any changes.
At the end of the video you can see that the browser stops.

@Ben is there no answer? There is a lot of work in that application, what do you tell me to do? Is it not possible to intervene in any way?
