I need to integrate with a new ticketing partner and want to provide a static IP address for the testing and live environments. Given that Adalo is cloud-based, an Elastic IP would work. The Adalo said they couldn’t provide this information.
Has anyone else tried to integrate ticketing? Are there any solutions out there?
Does any one have guidance?

I know it’s not the best solution but as an alternative you can try using 3rd party platform and do integration there. Seems that Make has a list of static addresses: https://www.make.com/en/help/connections/allowing-connections-to-and-from-make-ip-addresses

Thanks. I’ll dig into this. I wonder if it works with front-end displays as I’ll need back and front end for the functionality I need.
