# Trigger email after x amount of journal entries

I have built a journal app. I currently receive each persons journal entry by email. I want to know if there is a way I can automatically send an email to the user when the have completed for example 5 entries. Then send them a congratualtions email.

How can I accomplish this or is it even possible.

Hello,

this is totally possible, you could think of having a 3rd party connection to Sendgrid for example through [Make.com](http://Make.com) or [Zapier.com](http://Zapier.com) with a condition in your app to be only triggered when the entries are 5.

I am currently using zapier. So when a new record is created, then we automatically receive an email. Im just nlt sure what to actually setup in zapier to get ghis to work
