Unable to post support ticket

Unable to post a support request on Submit a Support Ticket
It says that I haven’t filled in all fields which I have.

Reason for me reaching out to support is because our accountant have requested the invoices for your service.

I think they make you take a screenshot of your problem so they could handle your problem faster.
