This is probably a newbie question but is there a way to update an Adalo Collection using something besides Adalo’s Database Collections editor? I am aware of using external collections and have successfully connected Airtable and Adalo but just wondering if there is a way to connect and use something outside of Adalo?

Hi @jaronhumiston1,

Adalo Collections have API ([Collections - Adalo Resources](https://help.adalo.com/integrations/the-adalo-api/collections)) so you can update them this way. However: Collections API is available on Team and Business plan ([Plans & Pricing | Adalo](https://www.adalo.com/pricing#chart)) and updating the records via API calls will consume app actions ([https://help.adalo.com/action-basics/app-actions-dashboard](https://help.adalo.com/action-basics/app-actions-dashboard), scroll to actions table).

Best,
Victor.
