Will there be an ability to have limitations to the uploaded videos?
Like, time restraints, size, resolution etc?
Just so I don’t have a user upload a Blue-ray movie and wipe out my data lol
Or if I wanted to create Vine 2.0 I could limit to 6 second videos etc?

I need this for 20 minute videos so can you guys keep in mind some need it for one minute as others like me need it for like longer videos
