Web App http Address

Hello,

For a web app, http address is based on what? Means will they ever change?
I have a table of inventory, when user taps/clicks on item it will be linked to screen2 where it shows that item’s details, here I can copy that item’s http address but not sure if link is temp or permanent?

And is it possible to customize that link? current one is too long and not SEO friendly.
