Import Phone Contacts iOS/Android

Is there a way I can ask user to import his phone contacts to create a list in Adalo? My app is into gifting and I want user to select a contact from his phone book to schedule and send a gift. Import Birthday & other fields from the phone contacts if possible Help much appreciated. thanks
