Hi, I’m working on a client’s app. I logged into their account (it’s a free account), but it won’t let me add screens, and the session closes immediately.

Is the client trying to view the builder too? If you keep the browser tab where builder opened for few minutes away, session gets time out and you need to refresh the tab.

No, I’m the only one on the account since he doesn’t know how to use Adalo. He gave me the username and password… I’ve updated it many times and now it seems to be working. If I have any problems, I’ll let you know!
